This is a course in the management of self and others. It is highly recommended for all teachers, facilitators, leaders, and those in supervisory roles.
Let’s face it, many of your students, employees, or co-workers dread group interactions, whether it’s online or in-person; you know it, they know it, and you know that they know it. So this immediately creates fear and tension on both sides at the thought of a group or classroom setting. But this does not have to be the case.
Perhaps you know this, logically, but you do not know how to prevent this discomfort. And that’s where we come in.
This class first creates awareness of the problem areas, then we show you how to effectively address them, thus making you one of the (if not the) most sought-after managers/ teachers/ speakers.
Objectives
- Learn the strategies for achieving 99% group/ student participation
- Understand how to use your behaviour to influence and motivate your audience/ students
- How to command a classroom to create engaging, productive, and mutually stimulating lessons, in class and online.
Requirements
- An open mind
- Trust in yourself that you can accomplish anything with some effort
- Trust in the instructor to lead you to the goal
- Willingness to relax and allow the learning process
