Over the course of four semesters, a small group of students dedicated their mind, time, and energy to learning about theatre, acting, and creating characters, improvisationally. This is the culmination of their focused effort.
About the cast.
Gert (Mark), Hassan (Sameer), and Daisy (Fung Fung) had no prior acting or theatre experience prior to their training at BFTI. Both Nomtha (Ellen) and Jackson (Blake) had some prior training.
Jackson is a theatre major in the USA , and had joined us for one session of study before this was filmed.
This production is 80% improv, with on-location director’s input, and minimal coaching.
